News to announce!!

Hello my Lovies and Dovies

I apologize as I could not keep up my promise and I have a pretty good reason for it.
Guys “I am Pregnant”and has been really into that mode. I have completed 7 months now and still have couple of more months to go. Am all pretty excited with the pregnancy stuff being first time pregnant, Also I must say its very overwhelming sometimes.

Oh Yeah..I am having a baby gal..!! All this time I kept wondering how would the pregnancy go and how will I manage but it seems like my baby made me manage well. I was scared the moment I realized I am pregnant and never understood the real feel of it until I had my first ultrasound.

The moment I heard her heartbeat I knew she would become the light of my life. I am calling her “Bangaram” for now, no names decided; why cant you guys suggest me some names??

Adios

See ya soon

Love+Life= Happiness

Hi my Lovies and Dovies

I have seen a video on Facebook titled as Manslator, I am kind of DUMBSTRUCK :(, to the ones who want to watch it, please find the URL below.

I want to talk about some classic examples I always deal in relationships.

  • Before Marriage: Gals and Guys

You want to change anything after being in love, let be a favorite food or buying a car. You love giving each others space, privacy and some times even their time. You text all the time or sometime, saying you love, miss and loads of kisses and hugs. You always make sure that the your love is fine and in comfort (vice versa Ofcourse). You get offended when people talk non sense about your love. You make sure that they have your moments and patch ups. Dates does not matter let it be an anniversary or a birthday, you will have a reason to believe that the other might be in some situation where it made them forget.

  • After being married: Wife’s Perspective

You really want to change everything possible in your husband including the way they dress. You love to poke your nose in everything possible if his presence is there in a situation and lord knows you just love to drag him and make it a situation. You always text your husband before marriage that you love, miss kisses and hugs after you expect him to do all of it. You want everything to be a special moments; Oh yeah Dates!! if he forgets that means he is dead. you never like to tell him things straight it’s always kind of code language. everything turns into a complaint if your mood is bad 😤.

Oh Wifey, Take a step back and think why these things become a problem after marriage; because gal you have changed now you are playing from being a lover or gal friend to a wife. Why would your husband have to learn your code language why can’t you explain him what you think rather puzzle him. Before marriage you always have “YOUR TIME” where did it vanish; Now its always our time. Give a break take a breath and let him breathe too 😳

  • After being Married: Husband’s Perspective

Why in the world is she trying to change me, she use to like my friends and now if I want to spend some time she is like Ughhh. I am giving her space why can’t she give me a break. It’s just a birthday whats the big deal, am I not making other days of her life memorable??. I don’t think anything but she nags me on what I am thinking and the discussion starts on that.. ufffff.. gals!!

You know what you have to start using your brains now and be like a grown up. Stop fearing that you would hurt your wife and start making her understand the way you feel even your wife can’t understand what you are thinking unless you open up. In the first place why will you forget dates “Do you forget your own birthday?” No, right!! Configure the data storage in your brain to store your wife’s birthday not yours; because she will remember yours. And Yeah!! Wife’s hate space don’t give her space, she does not want to have a space without you in it.

  • Things to do after Marriage:

Never change your roles of being friends or Lovers to Husband and Wife. Give some space and have some space. Most of the relationships that ends up in divorce is due to monotonous feel of the couple. Try to impress the other once in a while where they feel loved; whether it might be husband or wife. you never need to plan big even its small that might make your partner happy. Always remember have at least half hour a day of time to talk to each other about yourself reminisce the memorable things you have, rather no talks or talks about something else. Wives out there one thing guys get bored very often make sure you are never an open book to them; SURPRISE them.. 😉

This post is just to share my experience 🙂

If you want to get in touch please feel free to email me at iamvyshu86@gmail.com, I would email back.

Have fun and safe holidays..!!

Workaholic..!!

Hello lovies and dovies

Today has been so hectic, my day started at 630 AM and ending now 1135PM; a very hectic day. So I started my day with lots of energy now I don’t have any, but as promised I want to post what I felt. Many of you know that I have moved to Aussie just 11 months before, months pass by so fast and I need a place to stay; yeah guys my lease will be over in one month and am in house hunt.

As you know am from India, I have so many obligations to find a house 😢. Firstly, I need a house where I walk out to East which means it’s good to start your day by seeing the sun. I don’t understand one thing what if I live in an apartment, lol.. I was brought up in that way and now I can’t live in a house without satisfying my inhibitions. So far in Melbourne I have seen about 20-25 houses I find two houses which satisfy my condition, huh 😤 strange. Second one I look at house which does not have sink or water contain in South East, hmmm 😟 because South East is sign of fire and prosperity; if there is water in that direction which means no prosperity 😤.

Even if all the conditions are satisfied then comes landlord approving the application, another pain my a**. So far I did not get any house and every weekend goes for a house inspection weekdays goes for rental applications. I don’t know when I am going to find a my place as I will not have a house from Jan 10th 😭. I really wish I get a house soon, I don’t want to spend my holidays in vain 😢.

Please spare my typos and grammar am typing from my mobile 😣.

I am thinking to write something about Melbourne tomorrow and post some pics too.

Be happy and safe in this beautiful holiday season.. Merry Christmas 😍😍.

Cheers

Apologies

Hi my Lovies and Dovies

Firstly.. I apologize for not being around. I was all busy with my international trip to my home country INDIA. Am back now and will make sure to post on a regular basis.

To start with, I want to talk about my India trip. I have been to India after 5 years was missing my family a tonne. Finally I got to be with them and have loads of fun. I am back after a real good stay of 2 months. I have attended my cousins wedding in a hot hot summer and it was so hot I could not breath. Then I understand that I am so used to western climate. Actually it was not meant to be hot but unfortunately the weather turned up on me. I realized so many things during my stay. I have become very independent during all these years and felt weird when many of friends and family were worried or concerned about small things 😉

After coming back to Aussie, I am so swamped in work never got a chance to check anything. Again sorry guys 🙂

I have received an email asking Who Am I and What I do- Please find the answer below

I am 27 year old gal with lots of dreams to pursue. I did my engineering and pursued masters in business administration. As a part time I studied psychology and provide relationship advises (Its just a hobby). I am working as a Client relationship Manager at one of the well known company in Melbourne. I like cooking, singing, dancing, watching movies and wild trips. I don’t know what to say more about me.

Please feel free to leave an email if you want any advises regards to your Professional or personal life (Guys I don’t charge anything)

Dinner tonight is EGG..

Hello my Lovies and Dovies

I hope you all had a wonderful day out there, so am I. Above all I was not really in a mood to cook anything special so I want to cook one of my my mom’s  fast forward cooking techniques which can be cooked in like 15-30 mins for one of these days 😉

Everyone always have eggs in the freezer as it is kind of easy to make; so do I. Today I am cooking Egg with Onions and Tomato; we can eat this curry with bread, tortilla, pasta or even rice. So here goes the recipe

Ingredients required:

  • Eggs-6
  • Onions-3 Medium Size
  • Tomato Puree or paste or tomatoes
  • Ginger and Garlic paste
  • Chicken Stock
  • Chilli Powder
  • Turmeric
  • Salt

Method: Please follow your basics on the stove and blah blah blah 😉

  • Put the stove on max heat.
  • Use a pan, add oil to the pan
  • Cut the onions into tiny pieces and add them to the heated oil
  • Add turmeric powder and salt as required and mix them well
  • Let the onions cook a bit (may be like 3 minutes) and add tomato puree or paste or tiny pieces. (I prefer paste or puree)
  • Add ginger garlic paste and mix the ingredients(2 mins)
  • Add Chicken stock and mix the ingredients
  • Close the pan with a lid (make sure you simmer the stove)
  • Leave it for 5 mins, let the gravy cook
  • Add 6 six eggs to the curry by breaking them into the gravy one by one (make sure you space them correctly as shown in below pictures)
  • Sprinkle some salt and chilli powder on the eggs evenly
  • Close the pan with a lid and leave the curry for 10 minutes
  • Once you see the eggs are cooked, increase the flame to maximum and flip the eggs with a spatula
  • Fry the eggs with the gravy by flipping over.

Cheers 🙂

Today- Sinus Show :(

Hello my Lovies and Dovies

To start with, I had a real bad day. I have sinus issue and could not sleep all night and am a bit cranky when I don’t sleep enough. I did a lot of research on the internet on how to defeat SINUS? Frankly, no one really said that there is a permanent cure for it. All of the remedies mentioned are temporary ones 😦

What I did today to get a relief is an old ancient method probably; I used steam with a spoon of turmeric and eucalyptus oil. I like natural remedies, usually I don’t really go for any medicines until its deadly needed 🙂

So what I did is boil about 2 litres of water in a pot, add 1 tablespoon of Turmeric powder and 10 drops of eucalyptus oil (you can use more as well if required). Once the whole mixture is boiled, I use a blanket to cover the whole of me and the water, so that I can get enough steam to clear of sinus.

I had the steam for about 30 mins and I must say it was a good relief. In par with my research, what I understood is due to weather conditions sinus hardens and creates uneasiness on  eyes, nose, ears as well as complete face. So use hot towels on face or steam and hot water baths as well.

Finally, on a good note I was relieved from Sinus and had a good afternoon nap for 2 hours ;). Everyone out there share some good remedies as you all know the more we share the more we know 🙂

Is it brain or heart..??

Hello my Lovies and Dovies..

what makes you second guess..?? I love being spontaneous because when you are spontaneous you don’t really get a second chance you do things straight “BOOM outta your mind..!!” When there is chance of thinking, you always have a second thought. Why to give a second thought when you can make the first thought perfect. Its human to think twice and implement things 😉

Sometimes it work but most of the times one should listen to their brain; I know I said brain because when heart is involved emotions come into scenarios and if brain handles the situation then its logical. When one start taking decisions spontaneous they tend to think logical and set the alarms in brain whenever a decision needs to be made.

Let me quote an example:

When a person goes on a date, they love to look good try dresses one by one and finally decides on one and gets ready. They go on a date, have a wonderful time and come back. Now is the best part, what they do next is reiterate the whole duration of date and thinks all what if’s possible. Hands on heart guys don’t we??

Rather why can’t we enjoy the beautiful date we had and memorise the time, be happy. In real, we can’t because, we always second guess. This example can be applied to every situation in our lives 🙂

One should always prefer to relive the moments but not to reiterate them for second chances. Think with brains and feel it with your heart, In precise, memorise the moment and fill your heart with joy.Guys thats what I believe in, so what I do is “Share”; Please do the same 😉

Chicken it is..!!

Hello my Lovies and Dovies

I was just thinking what to write in my second post and then I figured out why can’t I write about what I am cooking for Dinner. People out there are the best cooks but knowing another recipe would never let down anyone. What do you think??

To start with I am cooking Chicken Fry and Rice for Dinner. People around the world have different techniques to cook chicken; I have tried the most too. Today I am cooking not a famous recipe which is not in books or any blogs or may be any websites; this is one of my favourite recipes and it is Chicken Fry in Vyshu’s mom style 😉

Guys.. My mom is an amazing cook (Drooling already). All my family, cousins and so on learnt their cooking methods from her (so am I). Also guys I don’t want to mention basics on cooking like on the stove, fry the onions till they are cooked etc. Please follow the basics based on your comfort levels. So the recipe goes as below.

Cooking Time: 45 Minutes-1 hour

Ingredients Required: Chicken Fry

  • Chicken- 1KG
  • Onions- 3 medium size
  • Turmeric Powder-1/2 Tea-spoon
  • Salt- Use as required
  • Chilli Powder- Use as required
  • Spice mix- Use as required (usually i use this spice mix in most of my food)

Ingredients Required: Spice Mix

  • Coriander Seeds- 1 Cup
  • Cloves-1/4th Cup

Step 1:

  • 1KG of chicken (I always prefer Chicken thighs with Skin)
  • Wash the Chicken and cut them into small pieces

Step 2:

  • Take 3 medium size onions and cut them tiny
  • Take a pan and pour oil as required
  • Add the tiny pieces of onions in Oil
  • Add Turmeric powder and salt (both of them depends on the taste you require, usually I add half tea-spoon of turmeric and 1 table-spoon of salt)

Step 3:

  • Add Ginger garlic paste and tomato paste or tomato pieces ( I usually get tomato paste so I use it)
  • Mix the ingredients well till the gravy looks
  • Add Chicken and mix everything in a way that chicken is mixed with the gravy
  • Close the pan with a lid

Step 4:

  • Take a cup of Coriander seeds and 1/4th cup of Cloves
  • Fry them in a pan without oil
  • Make them in a fine powder

Step 5:

  • Simmer the stove, wait for 20 mins (make sure the chicken is cooked)
  • Add Chilli powder and the spice mix prepped from Step 4
  • Increase the flame into high and using a spatula mix the curry
  • Make sure Chicken is not fried too much

Step 6:

  • Make sure you taste the fry to check for enough salt and spices (if required add them)
  • Off the stove and keep the fry aside by closing the pan with a lid
